FixPoint Service Center offers repair and maintenance services for televisions of various brands and models. We provide diagnostics, part replacement, and general repair services.
We provide a limited warranty on repairs and parts, typically up to 30 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after the repair.
Initial diagnostic charges may apply. Once the issue is identified, a detailed estimate will be provided. Work will commence only after customer approval. Final charges may vary based on actual repair and parts used.
Estimated repair time will be communicated at the time of booking. Delays may occur due to part availability or unforeseen technical issues. We will keep you informed of any delays.
We use original or compatible high-quality parts. Replaced parts will not be returned unless requested in advance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any data or settings. FixPoint Service Center is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Devices not collected within 30 days of completion may incur storage charges. After 90 days, unclaimed devices may be disposed of or recycled.
FixPoint Service Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
